Start the new year with some fun, trivia, and prizes on Monday, January 16th! Hosted by UBC alumnus Mike Whitaker, BA’08, the professional quizmaster behind Vancouver’s premier pub trivia company, IQ 2000, this is a fun opportunity to test your trivia knowledge with PT alumni and students for bragging rights and prizes.

5:45 pm – Log into Zoom
6:00 pm – Trivia starts!
Cost: Free!
All players must register separately, even if they are part of a team.
Registration FAQ
- All players must register separately, even if they are part of a team.
- Register as a solo player
- If you register as a solo player, you have the option of playing with fellow students or alumni to create your own trivia team. More information will be provided so that you can communicate with each other.
- Register as part of a team
- If you are a PT alumnus:
- Register fellow PT alumni or friends as your team members - maximum 5 team members.
- If your team has less than 5 people, you have the option of combining teams with other PT alumni.
- If you are a PT student Vancouver or Fraser Valley Cohort:
- Register up to 3 players who are also students from the MPT-Vancouver or Fraser Valley Cohorts.
- Your final trivia team may include other classmates. More details will be provided prior to the event.
- If you are a PT student North Cohort:
- Register up to 2 players who are also students from the MPT-North Cohort.
- Your final trivia team may include other classmates. More details will be provided prior to the event.
- If you are a PT alumnus:
- Review the Zoom Trivia Instructions
- Before the event, connect with your teammates so that you can set up a way to talk to each other outside of Zoom. Some popular suggestions are:
- Group text
- Facebook Messenger/WhatsApp/FaceTime group chat
- Discord
- Microsoft Teams
- Google Chat
- Ahead of time, designate a team member to submit your answers during the event.
- Start thinking about a team name!
